With over 35 years of experience in growth and strategy, Dave has worked with many of the world’s largest brands in DTC, Retail, Travel, Telecom, and Banking; working with brands such as LEGO, Coca-Cola, Nike, and American Express. Prior to joining Bluewater, Dave dedicated over a decade to Kobie Marketing, a leader in the loyalty marketing sector. Starting as Vice President of Loyalty Strategy in 2013, he led the application of economics, marketing, and relationship psychology to address core business challenges. An industry thought leader, Dave shared his expertise at numerous loyalty conferences, advising giants like Visa, Microsoft, and Coca Cola on optimizing their loyalty strategies. His commitment to growth saw him rise to Chief Strategy Officer in 2016, where he headed key sectors like Analytics, Corporate Development, and International Development, steering cross-industry changes in top-tier companies. David’s innovative mindset led him to the role of Chief Innovation Officer in 2020. In this capacity, he identified and incubated novel strategies based on evolving market trends, while fostering growth opportunities and enhancing the company’s innovative prowess. Before joining Kobie, David amassed nearly two decades of experience in consulting and sales, with a keen focus on Behavioral Economics applied in marketing analytics and risk assessment, collaborating with global firms like Oracle and American Express.
