Biography:

Kaley Eisenbrei serves as Director of New Business Development at Bluewater, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and drives new client partnerships across the agency’s fully converged capabilities. Since joining Bluewater in 2018, Kaley has steadily advanced through the organization, building deep institutional knowledge and a strong track record of cultivating meaningful relationships.

Beginning her career at Bluewater as an Account Associate, Kaley quickly demonstrated a natural ability for client engagement and opportunity development. She progressed to Business Development Associate, then New Business Manager, before stepping into her current leadership role. Across each position, she has played a critical role in expanding Bluewater’s client portfolio and strengthening the agency’s presence in key markets.

Kaley combines a strong foundation in communication strategy with a proactive, relationship-first approach to business development. Her ability to identify opportunities, align teams, and move conversations from introduction to execution makes her a vital part of Bluewater’s continued growth.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Florida State University.
