CLEARWATER, FL, June 27, 2026 – Bluewater has been recognized with two honors at the 2026 EMMA Awards, presented by ERA Global. The agency received Best Corporate Social Responsibility and Best Social Media Campaign, continuing recognition for work that connects purpose-driven impact with multi-platform audience engagement.
The Best Corporate Social Responsibility Award recognizes Bluewater’s ongoing dedication to disaster relief and community recovery. As a Florida-based company, Bluewater understands firsthand what it means to live and work in hurricane country. When hurricanes hit, whether in Tampa Bay or further up the coast, the Bluewater team mobilizes. That means showing up for cleanup and recovery efforts on the ground, coordinating with connections to direct support to affected communities, and using the agency’s platform to amplify voices that might otherwise go unheard.
“With multiple hurricanes hitting our area, the devastation that people feel when a natural disaster happens is immense,” said Andy Latimer, Founder and CEO of Bluewater. “Until you’ve lived it yourself, you never really understand how much we can do to help in the smallest of ways. If a disaster happens in your area, just step up. It’s the most meaningful thing you’ll ever do.”
This recognition builds on Bluewater’s 2025 Best Corporate Social Responsibility honor for its support of the Housewares Charity Foundation, a philanthropic organization that has raised over $100 million since 1998 in support of 28+ organizations, including the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Bluewater’s partnership with HCF has included production support, silent auction contributions, and coordination with the agency’s connections to further the Foundation’s mission. Andy Latimer joined the HCF board of directors in 2025.
Bluewater was also recognized with Best Social Media Campaign for Griddle Nation, a 30-episode community cooking series that premiered the week of April 6, 2026 on Gusto TV and RFD-TV. The campaign was built to extend the show’s core premise beyond broadcast, turning audience participation into a visible part of the launch across major social platforms and GriddleNation.com. Within hours of the premiere, independent food creators began publishing their own Griddle Nation-inspired content without direction or prompting, setting the tone for a launch driven by organic participation. Momentum carried through the first weeks of broadcast, with strong engagement across platforms and a growing online community built around the series.
The EMMA Awards, hosted annually at the ERA Global Summer Conference, honor outstanding achievements in the direct-to-consumer and multi-platform home shopping industry. The awards recognize excellence across creative, media, campaign performance, business impact, and social responsibility.
The two wins mark Bluewater’s second and third EMMA honors, reflecting an agency equally committed to work that performs across platforms and to contributing to communities in meaningful ways.
