Leading Direct Marking and Advertising Agency, Bluewater, Announces Promotions of Four Key Executives

Sarah Andreadakis, Mia McCormick, Brandon Anthony, Monica McLaughlin recognized by Bluewater Management.

The management team of leading direct marketing and advertising agency Bluewater, led by CEO Rob Fallon, announced today the promotion of four key executives.

Sarah Andreadakis has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Media. She has been in advertising and media for more than 20 years. With a client portfolio in some of the most complex media categories, Andreadakis has become recognized as a leader in the industry, driving Bluewater to improve the ways it serves its clients. As the Executive Vice President of Media, she will continue to drive media strategy for clients and shape the services required to meet those needs. She leads a team of expert practitioners to deliver world class services and exceed results. Her data-driven approach fosters a culture of continuous optimization and shared ownership.

Mia McCormick has been promoted to Vice President of Creative. She has 20 years of experience in developing brand content and creating compelling spots in TV and online production. Her experience spans TV News, education-based web series and commercial/infomercial content. She currently works on shows for clients such as Balsam Hill, Mutual of Omaha, AARP and Phillips. Several of her campaigns have been recognized with industry awards. McCormick was presented the Gold Stevie Award for Women In Business in 2019 for “Employee of the Year.” She likes to tackle content geared towards women and women’s issues. Her work in this area has been recognized internationally and she speaks around the world on creating content from a female perspective.

Brandon Anthony has been promoted to Vice President, Production. He has worked on large brands such as Philips, KitchenAid, Blackstone Healthmarkets, SodaStream and Tommy John. Anthony’s award- winning work and skill are only rivaled by his passion for great creative execution. He has had a lifelong love of production that began as a child producing short films with his friends in his small hometown of Jonesboro, Indiana. Anthony’s 11 years at Bluewater began with his position as an intern.

Monica McLaughlin has been promoted to Vice President, Media. As the lead of the media and operations team at Bluewater since 2015, McLaughlin has served brands such as SodaStream, Trivago, AAG, Zaxby’s, Credit Karma and Empire Today. She has helped these companies benefit from millions of dollars in media savings due to her sound strategic planning. McLaughlin has deep category experience across several verticals.
